Booking Policy
* At the time of booking a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time.
* The final balance payment is due at the conclusion of the photoshoot, unedited images will not be sent out until the remaining balance from the shoot has been paid.
* If your date/time is not available, please reach out.
Travel Fee
* There is a travel fee associated with all bookings outside of Austin, TX. Please consult before booking to confirm availability and travel fee.
Time & arrival
* Please arrive on time, the session end time will not be extended due to the client being late. There is an additional $25 late fee that will be added to all sessions where the client is beyond 15 minutes late.
* After 25 minutes , your session will be cancelled and your deposit will NOT be refunded. In order to reschedule or to book a new shoot, a new deposit will be required.
Cancellations/Rescheduling
* If you are unable to make your photoshoot, all deposits will act as a cancellation fee.
* There is a $50 rescheduling fee associated with the rescheduling of any appointment (excluding inclement weather). This fee must be paid at the time of rescheduling. The shoot must be rescheduled 48 hours prior to the date of the shoot. If you need to reschedule after the 48 hour mark, a new booking would be required & your deposit will be forfeited.
Image policy
* Unedited images will be sent out via email link within 1-2 business days from when photos are taken. The turnaround time for edited images are 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date the edited selections are made.
* Creative edits are not included in any packages, all creative edits will require an additional fee. Please consult first for pricing.
* MinniePixx reserves the right to display all client work on social media, portfolio etc.
